Port of Antwerp-Bruges Reception in Chicago

The Port of Antwerp-Bruges is one of the top trading partners for Great Lakes St. Lawrence ports, and partnership with the Port has been an important part of GSGP’s efforts to grow maritime trade. Between May 20 and 22, the Port of Antwerp-Bruges led a delegation visiting Milwaukee, Chicago, and the Ports of Indiana to help grow maritime trade between our regions. Their roadshow included a stop in Chicago for a reception and program hosted by GSGP, Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation, Ports of Indiana, and U.S. Commercial Service. The program focused on educating businesses about the region’s key maritime trade lanes, service offerings, and ways to further grow maritime trade.
