40th Anniversary Video with former Governors Blanchard and Celeste
This year we are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the GSGP (formerly the Council of Great Lakes Governors). Former Michigan Governor James Blanchard (1983-1991) and former Ohio Governor Richard Celeste (1983-1991) helped create the GSGP 40 years ago. In this short video, the former Governors share some of their memories from the formation of the GSGP and offer leadership reflections. This video was first shown at the 2023 Leadership Summit in Cleveland, Ohio.
