Mission Costs Paid to Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers

Mission Participant Fee: $2,000 USD ($1,000 USD for each additional participant)

Includes group airport-hotel-airport ground transport, networking events, briefing, show entry ticket, show and conference reception and logistical assistance. Travel, individual transportation to meetings, interpreters, hotel and meals are not included.

All costs below are estimated and will depend on the exchange rate at the time of the mission

International Airline Ticket

$1,600 USD approx.

 

Each participant will make their own flight arrangements to travel both to/from Poland. Due to logistical complications, GSGP cannot obtain a discounted rate. Recommendations for the “Group” train journey to Krakow, Poland will be provided

Hotels

Federal per diem rates for hotels:

Warsaw:  $165 USD (as of 8/1/23)

Krakow: $180 USD (as of 8/1/2023)

GSGP will reserve a block of discounted rooms at hotels in both countries. More information will be available soon.

Transportation

Participants are responsible for paying for their own transportation to and from meetings.
